Term of Service

  • Down payment is 50% fee on front when it cost more than $100. this down payment is non refundable

  • The payment will be via Ko Fi https://ko-fi.com/puchikunyaa

  • I sometimes will stream my commission on Twitch. I can't do "secret" commission.

  • I got all right to posting the commission result on my social media and art website (most pixiv) as my portfolio.

  • Please prepare your colored reference beforehand. I only accept anime style reference for now. I did not accepting real life image, like a photo, for reference for now.

  • I am not accepting request to copy another artist style. Whether it's eye coloring style etc. If you need certain style, please request to the related artist

  • I would occasionally send a progress and asking for you opinion. You can tell me if there is anything that did not fit the briefing, NOT adding things or changing things that did not being discussed in the briefing before the job started. I will ONLY fix the things that being discussed in brief before the job started. If you still being persistent on forcing me drawing things that did not being briefed before the job started, I have all the right to terminate and canceling the job.

  • I can't accepting any deadline because of my health.

  • Also due to my health, my progress is slow, unless I am healthy and can grind fast. Please understand this before commissioning me.

  • I have all the right to suddenly terminate the job if the client started harassment for any reason.

  • I DO NOT AGREE TO ACCEPT ANY AND ALL MY ARTWORK TO BE A NFT

  • I DO NOT AGREE IF ANY OF MY ARTWORK BEING PUT INTO AI GENERATOR.

You will be blacklisted if you:

  • Tracing, art steal, and any art crime towards my art and progress.

  • Claiming back your money from paypal after the commission finished.

  • running away/not paying for your commission. (please make sure you can pay)

  • Put my art into AI Generator.

  • Stealing my Art to sell it as NFT

Regarding Revision, my workflow is like this:

  • Showing Preview to client >> Client said OK >> OK work

  • Showing Preview to client >> Client ask to change several things (FREE FIRST REVISION) >> work as the new guideline from client >> finish work >> if client ask for more revision after this, it will cost starting $5 depends on complexity

  • Showing Preview to client >> Client said OK >> work continue >> Client suddenly ask for changing parts that previously being OK-ed >> this will be charged minimal $5 depends on how much work on the edit is
